Who owns the domain?+
You do. With Care, we register and manage it for you, with renewal handled under your plan. Self-host clients manage their own domain.
How many revisions are included?+
One focused revision round after the draft. Extra redesigns can be quoted separately.
Can I skip Care and self-host?+
Yes. Same setup price. We hand off the site for you to host. No managed hosting, domain, backups, or support included.
What’s included in Care?+
For $39/mo we manage hosting, domain, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, a lead list, form health checks, performance checks, and analytics. Content updates (text, photos, hours) are not included — we quote those when you need them.
What about bilingual sites, catalogs, or a client portal?+
Those are features we can build into your website when they fit your business. They’re scoped into your package quote — not sold as a separate add-on menu.
What if I cancel Care later?+
You can pause Care, but hosting, domain renewal, backups, and updates would then become your responsibility.
How long does launch take?+
About 7 business days by default. When timing is tight, a faster launch can be scoped into your quote.
Do you write all of my copy?+
We structure and polish your message. Deep content programs and ongoing blogging are quoted separately.
